I was selling a house I lived in for 31 years and was very anxious, not the easiest client to say the least.   Matthew was incredible throughout the entire process. He did what he was hired to do and so much more. Beside his professionalism, knowledge of the market, and ability to stay positively calm, Matthew has an amazing analytical mind. I sold my home in a scorching hot market; we had about 30 offers in two days. He meticulously went through each offer and arranged them in a very detailed spreadsheet, by price, by terms (which was an important factor for me), by financial qualifications (that he researched extensively) as well as other important criteria, all in about a day's turnaround. This was a lot of data to go through - very impressive and helpful! This process made it easy to quickly identify our top four offers. Then he worked with the prospective buyers’ realtors to see if the highest bidders were able to match some other offers with better terms.

It was excellent---I would use him again on another transaction.  I would definitely refer him again if an occasion arises.  This transaction sold immediately, but had several big issues,  Matthew handled them calmly and instantly got someone over to fix the issues.  This is not an easy thing todo today.  Everyone so busy!!  Happily now closed!!!

Matthew Jerry is THE MAN!

My girlfriend and I were relocating from another state, and I was referred to Matthew by the How to Buy a Home Guide on Spotify, David Sidoni.

Since I was moving out of state for a new job and in a new area I've never lived in before, we decided that renting at first was a good idea to get a good lay of the land before we buy our first home.

Our first contact with Matthew was almost 9 months or so before we actually moved. Matthew was very, very patient with us, and checked in as time got closer. As it got close to moving time, Matthew was able to send us listings every day of spots that check our boxes, and the ones we really liked, he would even visit and send us walk through videos. This was above and beyond and instrumental for us in finding a place we really like. Matthew was very responsive to emails and texts, we never felt left in the dark.

We finally settled on a villa in a neighborhood in Tamarac, and we couldn't be happier. Location was a high priority item for us, and we were greeted with friendly neighbors and a convenient place to live at a very reasonable monthly cost.  

During the move-in process, Matthew helped guide us through the HOA applications (those are no-fun) and even was able to assist in negotiating our rent terms since we had some delays in the actual move-in date, so we were able to get some money back. We didn't ask for this, Matthew went ahead and did this on his own and really helped us out. This was above and beyond.

Long story short, we had a wonderful experience with Matthew. He is a true unicorn. I am really looking forward to our first home-buying process with him next year.
